With a show off of best technologies in the world to the strangest ones, CES 2013 did not forget the good old PC era. With latest ones including Windows 8 hybrid, Ultra books and mini – PC’s in the list, here are the 10 best PC’s getting ready to hit the market soon.

The Chronos comes with the latest Intel Core i7 processor and 11 hours of battery life. The laptop is intended for serious content creation and can take advantage of Samsung’s new software solution RAM accelerator which will provide a 150 percent increase in speed for browsing and running apps with the advantage of the latest memory.

The HP Pavilion Touch Smart Sleekbook integrates full 10-point multitouch support for better Windows 8 integration. The Touch Smart Sleekbook includes an AMD A10 quad – core and is priced at 35, 351. The Pavilion SleekBook is already available in the market as reported by PC world.

With an interesting look back into Lenovo’s Idea Pad Yoga 11S in 2012, the creativity and flexibility of a Windows 8 laptop is now available in a smaller package. The device will offer a bright variety of Intel 3rd generation Core i5 CPUs as well as up to 256 GB SSD.


The device features the same as its earlier sibling but weighs three pounds lesser with a touch screen display of 1366 pixels by 768 pixels. The Tablet PC comes with Silver Gray and Clementine Orange and is priced at 42, 432.

The 10.1 inch tablet runs on Windows 8 Pro giving you the ultimate PC experience outdoors. It seems to take a 4 foot drop with ease as experimented in the lab. The tablet is priced over 1 lakh.

Lenovo’s Idea Centre Horizon Table PC is an all in one device that lays flat on coffee tables. It comes with a 10 point multi touch screen and is bundled with physical game controllers that augment the newfangled gaming experience.  The experience of the device is seen as ‘phygital’ meaning partly physical and partly digital. The tablet PC is priced at 92, 544.

Vizio seems to be moving into the Windows 8 tablet territory with the MT 11x. Apart from its inexpensive TVs, the company had came up with its sleek ultraportable laptops and stylist all – in – one desktops last year.


The new, incredibly thin 11.6 inch tablet PC manages to have better battery life and is crammed up with some pretty neat components and specs. It includes a 2GB RAM memory and a 64GB SSD. The screen resolution is 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels.

With 4G LT connectivity and 8 hours of battery life, the Samsung Series 7 Ultra might be the best ultra book for the watchers. With a 13.3 inch touch screen and a resolution of 1920 pixels by 1080 pixel, the device seems to be the ideal mobile media center with Windows 8.

To start with a surprise, Lenovo which usually made business machines, came up with its Erazer X 700, an Intel core i7 packing, water cooled monster of a gaming desktop PC which seemed like straight out of a Mass Effect game series.


Lenovo offers a choice between Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 8950 GPU in this desktop which will include up to 16 GB of RAM and 4tb of storage. The PC is due to come in June. The system is priced at 81, 705.

Looks relatively like an ordinary PC, this device has one clear distinction. The 18.4 inch display is mounted on a docking shelf. When turned on, this all in one unique built device shows the evidence. The unit runs both Windows 8 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.


This duo Operating System has a button along the right edge of the tablet in order to switch the operating system. It also has two processors; the docking station contains an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor while the tablet itself contains Nvidia Tegra 3 processor. The core i5 version is priced over 70,000 and will be shipped in sometime in the first quarter of 2013.
